  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Beat the butter until creamy, then beat in sugar and vanilla extract

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt

  4. Mix ingredients into the wet mixture

  5. Scoop out the cookie dough balls, and make indentation in the middle
