Carrot Cake 紅蘿蔔蛋糕

Instructions 步驟

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F

    將烤箱預熱至 170°C

  2. Mix together the light brown sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and salt

  4. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in the grated carrots

  5. Pour the batter into 3 pans and bake for 20 – 25mins
