Instructions 步驟
Preheat oven to 425°F
將烤箱預熱至 218°C
Mix together flour, both sugars, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt
將麵粉、兩種糖、泡打粉、肉桂粉、鹽混合均勻
In a separate bowl, mix together oil, eggs, sour cream, milk, and vanilla extract

Take out a spoon of dry ingredients and mix with blueberries

Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in the blueberries

Mix together the melted butter, flour, and sugar

Scoop the batter into muffin tin and top with crumble, then bake for 10 – 25 mins
