Basque Cheesecake 巴斯克乳酪蛋糕

Egg yolk 蛋黃

Vanilla extract 香草精

Cake flour 低筋麵粉

Instructions 步驟

  1. Preheat oven to 430°F

    將烤箱預熱至 220°C

  2. Mix together cream cheese and sugar

    將奶油乳酪和黃糖混合均勻

  3. Mix in one egg at a time

    將雞蛋一顆一顆加入並混合均勻

  4. Mix in vanilla extract and cake flour

    將香草精和麵粉加入並混合均勻

  5. Mix in whipping cream

    加入鮮奶油並混合均勻

  6. Pour the batter into pan and bake for 60mins

    將麵糊倒入烤盤中,烤 60 分鐘

  7. Cool completely in the fridge before serving

    將蛋糕放入冰箱冷卻再切開
