Apple Pie 蘋果派

Instructions 步驟

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F

    將烤箱預熱至 220°C

  2. Mix together flour, salt, and butter

    將中筋麵粉與奶油混合

  3. Mix in one egg at a time

    將雞蛋一顆一顆加入並混合均勻

  4. Separate dough in half and place in fridge for at least 4 hours

    將麵團分成兩份再放入冰箱,至少 4 小時

  5. Mix together sugar, flour, ground cinnamon, and salt

    將砂糖、中筋麵粉、肉桂粉、鹽混合均勻

  6. Massage mixture with apples

    把乾食材均勻灑在蘋果上,抓一抓拌勻

  7. Roll out pie dough and place apples into crust

    把一份派皮擀開,放入派盤,再將蘋果倒入

  8. Dot butter on top, place the other pie crust on top, use a fork to crimp the edges, and slice a few holes on top

    將奶油分放在蘋果上面,用另一塊派皮蓋起來。拿叉子把外圍壓緊,再將派的頂部切幾個洞

  9. Bake for 45 – 50mins
